As the old saying goes “There’s No I in Team,” and at Retirement Specialty Group, it’s never been more evident. Our staff works together to inform prospective clients on retirement options, to help current clients make retirement decisions, and to maintain accounts accurately and confidentially. 

Aaron Wright was born and raised in Tennessee.  His working career started out in a factory then as a corrections officer for two years.  He knew there was more to life than what he was doing.  Aaron not only wanted a better career path but also had a sincere desire to help people in the same way as his father, so he made the move and began working for RSG in 2012.

Aaron attended Nashville State Community College and is securities (fiduciary) licensed.  Since working with RSG, Aaron has helped many clients move their retirement assets out of risk, which he considers a personal achievement.

Aaron and his wife Crystal have three children: Aaden, Lily Ann & Brooks Anthony.  They reside in Cookeville, TN.  When he’s not working, Aaron enjoys Tennessee Titan football games, fishing on his family’s farm and spending time with his family.  

Nicole Reeder was born and raised in Tennessee and still calls the region home. She is passionate about improving the lives of those around her and has a needs-met mentality. Nicole joined Retirement Specialty Group in 2021 with a background in banking and she has an extensive background in strategic management, loss prevention, process quality, and client experience.

Nicole graduated from Volunteer State, currently holds a Life Producer License, and she has many years of experience in client servicing and the financial industries. She prides herself in helping clients build their financial futures around their goals, as well as their values. She strives to serve client’s needs meticulously and with integrity. Nicole is always thinking outside the box and will find a solution in every situation.

She enjoys water related activities, the beauty of the region, cooking, and spending time with her three children, family, and friends. She teaches the lost art of chair caning at her local state park and other events/venues. Her and her children are also active volunteers with multiple organizations and enjoy giving back to the community. 

Kristina was born in Ohio and raised in Tennessee for most of her life. She is very compassionate and has a desire to help others. Kristina has an extensive background working in customer service. She has managed and been a part of several call centers in the Knoxville, Tn area. She enjoys working with clients and helping them find solutions to their needs.

She is currently a student at Volunteer State working on her undergraduate degree where she will then transfer to Tennessee Tech University.

When Kristina is not working you can find her with her Husky, Peaches or spending time with her family. She also loves to cook and spend time doing crafts.

Patsy Moore was born in Tennessee and loves her beautiful home state, Patsy joined Retirement Specialty Group in May 2022, with an extensive background in banking, process quality, and customer service. Patsy is married to Roger Terry Moore. She loves cooking, reading, and especially helping others, spending time with family and friends.
